supermodelsModels have it all – the body, the look and the face. And why not take the perfect package and put it in a music-video to give it a wonderful appearance. Some musicians like George Michael, Michael Jackson, The White Stripes or Jamiroquai came up with this idea and produced in my opinion one of the best clips in music-history. Have a look at Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, Miranda Kerr & Co.!

Models verkörpern das Ideal – Körper, Look und das Gesicht. Und warum sollte man nicht dieses perfekte Gesamtpaket nehmen und es in ein Musik-Video packen, um dem ganzen ein tolles Äußeres zu geben. “THE EDIT” – DAS MAGAZIN VON NET-A-PORTER

The famous webshop Net-A-Porter will launch its own online-magazine called “The Edit“, which will be published on a weekly basis and will contain editorials, interviews, news and features – it is reported that there are also plans for a print publication. The legedary Paolo Roversi shot Natalia Vodianova for the first issue and makes me crave for more!

Der berühmte Webshop Net-A-Porter wird sein erstes Onlinemagazin mit dem Namen “The Edit“, was wöchentlich herausgegeben werden soll und unter anderem Editorials, Interviews, News und Features – zusätzlich, so wird gemunkelt, gibt es Pläne das Magazin auch zu drucken. Der legendäre Paolo Roversi lichtete Natalia Vodianova für die erste Ausgabe ab und macht zumindest mir Lust auf mehr! (Bilder via)

HAT OR BEANIE?

This pictures exactly documents, what’s the latest trend in terms of headgears. The ladies are either wearing hats in decent colours like burgundy, beige or black (well, this trend is definitely mainly driven by Saint Laurent’s s/s 2013 collection), or wearing a casual beanie in a bright colour. What’s your attitude towards this: hat or beanie?

Dieses Bild spiegelt eigentlich genau den Trend wieder, der momentan auf den Köpfen der Menschen vorherrscht. Frau trägt entweder Hut, im dezenten bordeaux, beige, oder schwarz (ausschlaggebend für diesen Trend ist mit Sicherheit die s/s 2013 Kollektion von Saint Laurent), oder einen lässigen Beanie in einer der vielen Regenbogenfarben. Do you wear them privately at home in front of your television and insert contact lenses, when you leave the house or do you even combine them (like I do) with your outfits like every other accessoires?

Es gibt da etwas, was mich wirklich interessiert: was ist eure Einstellung zu Brillen? Tragt ihr sie privat vor dem Fernseher und setzt Kontaktlinsen ein, sobald ihr das Haus verlasst oder kombiniert ihr sie sogar ganz bewusst (so wie ich es tue) mit euren Outfits, so wie ihr es auch mit anderen Accessoires tut? 2012 is almost over and it’s time to recap the last months in relation to fashion.
